Title: Reach out! Anne's advice about research dissemination
When we think about dissemination in academia, the first ways that may come to mind might be paper publications and Ph.D. or master's dissertations. However, there are different ways to spread our academic activities to the world. The Research Council of Norway has considered a special award for the important concept of dissemination. Let's learn about it from someone who has this valuable experience.
Speakers: Anne Spurkland is an Immunologist at UiO who won the Research Council's dissemination award 2021. She will talk about communication skills and channels we can use to increase the dissemination of our academic activities.
There are also exciting dissemination experiences, including media interviews that Mathilde Hogsnes, a Ph.D. student at SEIT, would share with us.
